All rooms at Little Leaf Guest House have a kettle with a selection of teas, herbal teas and coffees. There are flat screen TVs with freeview and DVD players incorporated, wi-fi broadband internet, iPod / iPhone docks, a hairdryer, handwash and shampoo/shower gel. Importantly, especially in the summer, all the curtains have blackout lining so you won’t be woken up at 5am. We want you at breakfast… but not that early!
In the lounge there are a selection of DVDs and books for you to borrow, with an iron and ironing board available on request.

Room One has…
A double bed and an en-suite shower room with separate sink. It’s on the first floor and overlooks the back of the house (which is pretty green). We’ve used our favourite fabric for floor length curtains with matching cushions; and there are plenty of shelves, hooks and a wardrobe for all those things you packed but probably won’t need. From £65/night for two. Go to prices
Room Two has…
A king size bed, and walk-in shower room. It’s on the first floor and there are spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and St Ives Harbour, which can be seen from either the armchairs in the bay window or the private balcony where you can sit and watch the world go by. From £95/night for two. Go to prices
Room Three can…
Be used as a double or a twin only. It has a double bed and a single bed which can be completely ignored if relevant. There is tons of light and it’s a real sun-trap in the late afternoon. It has a great en-suite bathroom and is our only room with a bath and a shower. There is a small armchair for those times you don’t want to face the television and plenty of space for bags, hats and coats. From £70/night for two. Go to prices
Room Four is…
The cosiest room in the house. Right up in the eaves on the second floor it has loads of character, with more than enough room for a double bed and en-suite shower room with a separate sink. It overlooks the back garden and has lots of cute nooks and crannies for all your bags and toiletries. We love it and are very proud of it. From £60/night for two. Go to prices
Room Five is…
Right up at the top of the house with sky scraper panoramic views of St Ives Harbour and the Atlantic viewed from both the dormer window and huge skylight. It has a double bed and a brand new en-suite shower room with separate sink. The two armchairs nestle into the eaves of the room where you can disappear into a cup of tea or coffee, read a book and feel totally at peace. From £75/night for two. Go to prices
The Garden Room is…
A double room, en suite (of course) with doors out to its own private garden where you can set up a little BBQ or just enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine outside at the back of the house (please note that this is not a sea view room). There is a large, flat screen TV/DVD and it’s lovely and quiet. From £70/night for two. Go to prices
Whichever bedroom you choose the facilities are the same and everyone has full access to the breakfast room, lounge area and front terrace all day and into the evening.
The breakfast room and terrace have wonderful views and are both relaxing and bright in equal measure. The breakfast room has a beautiful, original fire place and wooden floors, the lounge area has a sofa and the terrace outside has a wooden bench with tables for your coffee or glass of wine.
We also have an honesty bar open from midday to 10pm; it stocks a variety of wines (small and large bottles), local cider, local ales and elderflower juice. Guests can help themselves, marking up what they have taken on a little sheet; and it all gets sorted out on departure.
You can view more pictures of the bedrooms and communal areas on our gallery page.
