Prices per room
Our prices are per room per night; based on 2 people sharing and including breakfast.

If you fancy a break on your own (we know how you feel!) we try and make it easier, please reduce High season prices by £20/night and Mid/Low season prices by £15/night to get the single occupancy rate.
To book just give us a call / email; we take the first night’s accommodation as a non-refundable deposit to secure any booking.

Seasons
High season is June – September, Christmas & New Year (23rd Dec – 2nd Jan), Easter and Bank Holidays.
Mid season is March – May and October.
Low season is November – February (bar Christmas & New Year, as above)
Minimum stay is 3 nights in high season and 2 nights in mid season; although last minute booking enquiries for 1 or 2 nights are welcome.
Notes
We accept American Express (£5 charge), Mastercard (£2 charge), Visa (£2 charge) and Visa debit (no charge). We are happy to accept bank transfers for advance payments (domestic or international) and we are also on Skype so you can call us for free from abroad once a time has been arranged; our Skype name is: little-leaf-guest-house.
One night stays are subject to availability.
Children aged 7 and over welcome (16+ = adults). Children are welcome to stay in a room on their own provided at least one of them is over 16.
Discounts available for booking of entire house.

Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit of one night will be taken to secure any booking.
